The Company operates all of its military and law enforcement business through its 85% owned subsidiary SM Northeast, Inc., DBA Legend Technologies™ (“Legend” or “LT”).

Legend’s current military contract is part of the DOD’s Future Combat Systems (“FCS”) project. FCS is currently budgeted for $127 billion and is one of DOD’s highest priorities as far as long-term, technology development. The primary goal of FCS is to
develop an unmanned, robotic warrior; capable of surveillance and offensive combat actions. The robot will be controlled remotely from a control center at a safe location.

AO has been engaged to develop the optics portion of the robotic system.
